Hi, I'm Kath

My niche is supporting military spouses and women by regaining their confidence, finding their shine and putting their best selves forward while job seeking.

I am a busy mum to our teenage son and have a loving and supportive husband who always makes me laugh. We love the Queensland lifestyle, travelling particularly overseas and exploring new cultures and history.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, my passion for helping others and my love for recruitment drove me to create my business, Sorted by Kath Pty Ltd.

I started my recruitment career by writing advertisements, shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding the successful candidate with the Department of Defence and then moved into the mining industry. 

Having read and shortlisted thousands of resumes, I know how critically important it is to have a resume that you feel proud to put forward.  It is your personal and professional story for your potential future employer to consider you to be the right fit for their business.
